We employed 35 adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) at Rise Up Café and provided on-the-job training for more than 350 others. Today, we source new job opportunities, help employers understand how to make inclusive hiring work, and support our IDD participants as they prepare for and succeed in the workforce.
