Integrated Jobs
We source and create job opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by working with businesses and organizations to help them recognize the value of this enthusiastic, untapped pool of job seekers. We prepare our program participants with job-specific training, and we provide ongoing support to ensure success.
Coffee Carts
Our Rise Up Coffee Cart program provides on-the-job experience and training for high school students with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD). Just as importantly, this program promotes inclusion and integration of an often isolated and excluded population. Our coffee carts foster friendships, break down social barriers, and provide the dignity, pride, and empowerment of having a job.
Big Magic Studios
Big Magic Studios helps artists with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) feel valued and included by society. We provide a space for creativity and the opportunity for our amazing friends to make, exhibit, and sell their art. In addition, our artists' work is offered to companies for placement on products to establish another source of income, pride, and empowerment.
Catering Crew
Our Rise Up Catering Crews are teams of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who have had specific training so that they can be employed to work events as servers, kitchen staff, and cleaners for other nonprofits, catering companies, and individuals (private parties). Jobs, inclusion, dignity.
