The inaugural Bus Pull for Inclusion was an incredible success, bringing together 10 teams, several hundred supporters, and a whole lot of energy at Nathan Benderson Park.
Teams took on the challenge of pulling a 40,000-pound Breeze transit bus 40 feet, all in support of Inclusion Revolution’s mission. Thanks to our teams, sponsors, donors, volunteers, and supporters, the event raised $22,000 to help create opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
The day’s top honor went to The Cavity Crushers, led by pediatric dentist Dr. Andre Lewis, who pulled the bus 40 feet in just 11.22 seconds to win the Pullitzer Prize.
More than a competition, the Bus Pull was a celebration of community, teamwork, and inclusion. We are grateful to everyone who helped make this day so memorable.
We can't wait to host the 2nd Annual Bus Pull for Inclusion in 2027. Start training now (11:44 seconds is the time to beat)!
