Meet Our Job Coaches

Inclusion Revolution’s team of experienced, compassionate Job Coaches is here to support our program participants every step of the way as they prepare for meaningful work and build lasting, successful careers.

These dedicated professionals walk alongside our program participants from day one asking “What kind of job do you want?” and continue through every phase: job prep and training, onboarding, on-the-job support, progress evaluations, and long-term follow-up.

Chris Morrison

Job Coach

I'm excited to be part of the Inclusion Revolution. I was a high school teacher, coach, and mentor for 32 years in Atlanta and Indianapolis. I’ve always been an active volunteer — coaching with Special Olympics of Indiana and now Special Olympics of Florida have been the highlights.

The big annual Special Olympics fundraiser in Indiana is the Polar Plunge. Note that in March, we were jumping into 32-degree lake water! I was even able to convince hundreds of high school students to join me.

In Sarasota, I volunteered at Rise Up Cafe where I worked hand-in-hand with a wonderful group of employees — we taught each other so much. I look forward to my new adventure with the Inclusion Revolution.
