Integrated Jobs
We source and create job opportunities for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) by working with businesses and organizations to help them recognize the value of this enthusiastic, untapped pool of job seekers.
Inclusion Revolution develops partnerships with employers, provides job-specific training, assists in the hiring process, and provides ongoing support to the employer and employee to help ensure success.

People with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) spend years in school and in job skills training programs preparing for the “real world.”
As they time out of school and exit training programs, they’re excited, prepared, and hopeful for the chance to have a job. Unfortunately, most are never given the opportunity to use their practiced skills and share their abilities — they never ever get a job.
Maybe it’s the fear of difference or the just the fact that most people have never spent any time with someone with IDD.
Inclusion Revolution matches skilled and qualified people with IDD with businesses seeking enthusiastic and dedicated employees. We develop partnerships with employers, provide job-specific training, assist in the hiring process, and provide ongoing support to the employer and employee to help ensure success.
