Instructions for Donations of Stock to Inclusion Revolution

Here are two-step instructions for contributing a gift of stock to Inclusion Revolution (tax id 84-3132691) and sample letter of authorization. 




Step 1: Complete Transfer

If the shares are held at a securities firm or other brokerage account: Instruct your firm or brokerage to transfer the shares to Exceptional Jobs account at:

Instruct broker to enter your name, as well as any other information that will help us identify the donation as coming from you (such as your account number, phone number, address and/or broker information), into the “Text Comment” field of the DTC screen.
Your broker may require a written Letter of Authorization. See sample below.


Step 2: Notify Inclusion Revolution of Transfer

In order for Inclusion Revolution to properly acknowledge your gift, you will need to contact us by mail, phone, or e-mail to provide the following information:

  • Date of stock transfer
  • Number of shares
  • Name of stock
  • Correct spelling of your name
  • Your complete mailing address
